Some men are small..

in stature, and they spend their lives trying to become bigger than they are. Take Tom Cruise for example. He’s a short man. He’s married two women, both who are taller than him. The latest one crouches slightly in their wedding photo(s) to make them look like they’re around the same height. That is, if he didn’t have her legs shortened, or his lengthened! But it must have been really hard for her to remember to stay short, and clearly she could not wear heels.

tk

Some men are just small on the inside. I know a man who would like to control people. He would like to control their opinions, their thoughts, what they write. Sort of like a small big brother. He came here to my blog, and spent a substantial amount of time (for someone with so much to do) reading through my posts. I’m flattered. Thanks for taking an interest in me. It’s real nice to have you visit. Come back soon, ya’all! But wait.. maybe not.

I received a message from that person questioning certain things that were said on this blog. The message went along the lines of ‘Does this refer to me or any of my friends, I’m sure it doesn’t’ – that’s not a direct quote. Of course you can’t appreciate the sarcasm dripping from the words like I can.

He’s since dropped back by here twice, to see if I’ve written anything about it. And you know, because it’s my blog, I think I will. ;) Though it is tempting to just ignore him completely, as insignificant to me as he has become until he makes a blip on my radar by sending me this extremely inappropriate message, trying to push my buttons, looking for a reaction.

He might even think he got what he wants when he sees this post. Actually no, you didn’t. This is me showing you, this is my blog, and I’ll say whatever I want here, and screw you. Though not literally, I’m not that kind of desperate.

So he’s looked through everything I’ve written for *anything* that could possibly be referring to him in an offensive way. You should keep looking, I’m sure there’s something to find somewhere. What do you intend to do when you find it? Tell everyone how bad I’ve been? And what’s my crime? I’m speaking my opinions without naming names on my own blog. It’s the nicer way to do it. I could name names, but that would be crossing a line for me. And I really don’t think you want me to do it anyway, right?

This is my own blog, there’s no such thing as blog abuse here – this is my space to say what I want to say. You don’t like that, do you? You don’t have the control over this environment, and this is where I’m spending a lot of time these days. And maybe it’s dawning on you, finally at last, that you no longer have any control over *me*. And I could care less about you.

If you *think* the shoe fits and those comments are about you, go ahead and put the shoe on. Wear it. Interpretation is in the mind of the reader, just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

If you don’t like what you read here, nobody is forcing you to read what I write. See that little red cross up in the top corner of the page? Click on that, mate. It’ll ease your paranoia. Or seek counselling, or something. And maybe the rest of us should invest in tin foil – I don’t think there is enough tin foil in the country where you live to cope with your self-obsessed paranoia.. they’ll soon run out of tin foil if you keep putting this shit forward!

Thanks for reading, and dropping by. Feel free to quit dropping by anytime you like. We wouldn’t want you to take any of my comments as being directed at or about you now, would we?

Maybe the message sender could use this as a whole new conspiracy theory as the previous ones are worn and tired now.. wait a minute, let me think. Snoskred started this blog so that if people chose to kick her off of forums – as has happened to her in the past – they would be able to read her side of things?

Well, on that one, there is no conspiracy theory. You would be 100% right. I created this blog so that the people I know could always find me if they wanted to. So that no forum could silence me in the future like they did in the past, by banning me and kicking me out. So that there is one place where *I* have all the control.

Dear Fellow Bloggers – does this mean I now have a blog stalker? I suppose this is something every blogger has to deal with at some point, but could I ask for your help? Pray to your chosen Deity (if you have one) that my next blog stalker will be younger, cuter, and not nearly as self obsessed, controlling, backstabbing or power hungry?

Pray that my next blog stalker will in fact be either Leonardo DiCaprio or Christian Slater or even Morten Harket or Lukas Rossi? It’s not impossible, people do google themselves, and if enough of you pray, anything can happen. Pray that this current blog stalker will make a huge big deal out of what I’ve written here, as it will encourage much traffic to visit and read my blog?

After all, people know where to find me. I’ve found out today that I’m number one on google when you search for Snoskred.. YAY!

And now, if you’ll excuse me, I got stuff to do.. :)

{sarcasm ON} I have to go back to plotting against this individual {sarcasm OFF} Where on earth do I find the hours in the day to do all the stuff I do as well as {sarcasm ON} taking over the world, shagging all the google people so they’ll rank me higher, finding spokespeople and puppets to speak my words for me, and generally spreading disaffection {sarcasm OFF}, commenting on NaBloPoMo blogs, taking photos, playing pool, housework, gardening, attending meat raffles, making movie reviews, listening to music, painting, all the things I actually do.. ;)

Angry Snoskred, people talking about you, scambaiting

Welcome back to the Vampire.. :)

I slept for what seemed like forever, because I was really tired and I felt like I was getting the flu, sore throat, nasty headache. I think it was something like 16 hours. But hopefully this will mean I am back on a somewhat normal schedule. I’ve been sleeping days and staying up nights for over a week now. If I am really honest with myself, I am a night person.

So if you’re wondering why you haven’t seen me on your blog and why I haven’t commented as I usually do, it’s because I was dreaming of being in this big bike race down a road that wasn’t finished yet with all the kids I hated from school.

While I was asleep the other half went to work and got the plans for their new kitchen sorted out, then went to the pub and won a meat tray and $40 on the pokies. Seeing as this meat tray made its way here now that we have a bbq, I have pictures for you! ;)

meat

So on todays agenda (Yay I finally have one!) is a nice drive – possibly to check the post office box and see if there’s more fake scammer checks for my check wall. It’s pretty windy so I am not sure a beach is in my future, we might go to Warrawong and maybe visit JB Hifi instead, and spend the found $40 on dvd’s – I have a shopping list! Undoubtedly I will leave it at home. I want to get a plate set for outside which is not ceramic. I like plastic myself, but melamine is an option.. ;) Then back here to cook meat and comment on 50 zillion blogs ;) Be good ya’all.

Depression etc.

Everyone gets depressed from time to time, I think. I have struggled with it myself. I’ll be honest, it looked to me when I was at the bottom of that hole that I would never be able to climb my way out of it, but I did, mostly by my fingernails.

My really good friend Sephyroth is
struggling with depression at the moment.

I’m a bit upset because some scambaiters have treated this friend of mine badly. You should be ashamed of yourselves for how you treated this very good friend of mine. Someone who has always been there – not just for me, but for *anyone* who needed help and asked for it. Someone who now does not do a lot of the stuff he could do simply because you have shown him time and time and TIME again that you do not appreciate it. That you just treat him like my “lapdog”.

Sephy, I know this is not going to be easy but I am here for you and you will come out the other side of this. I am so proud of you for standing up and admitting when something is wrong, and now moving forward to working on a solution. It might not happen overnight, but it will happen.

Guys, you may not know this, but Sephy is the person I turn to when I need help. It might be something as simple as searching for something on the internet (which I am terrible at but thanks to his help am improving) or something as complicated as helping me organise a spreadsheet to keep track of which lad I am baiting with which address from which country. He is also an incredibly talented baiter, and is currently baiting a couple of lads as my character tyr@ and I am just doing the voices on the phone calls.

When you and I work together Sephy, lads suffer. That’s what it is all about, working together. The fucknuts seem to have forgotten that. They would not know how to work together if they found themselves all tied together in a bag at the bottom of a swimming pool, and they would all drown. You and I wouldn’t mate. ;) We’d work to find a way out, together. Just like we will find a way to dig you out of this depression.

Thank you so much for always being there to help me. You don’t know how much I appreciate it. And I believe you really are an Aussie on the inside – being there for your mates is something this country is based on.

Not political..

I might not be around much over the next few days, as my favourite Aunt and Uncle jet into town late tomorrow, so we’re off to Sydney to pick them up and bring them back here for a few days of tourism South Coast style.

I was just reading around the blogs and stuff, and I realised that I have not really said anything about Australian Politics. This is a good thing, because I believe politics polarises people. There are some bloggers who are left, some who are right, and some who are green, and some who are all that and more. I’ve avoided the whole topic for the most part because I don’t want to piss anyone off by shoving my beliefs in their face like bloggers sometimes do.

I don’t care what your political beliefs are, ya’all. They’re yours, and you get to have them, as does everyone else. I hope you can extend the same courtesy to me if and when I choose to state what mine are. That won’t be now, because to be honest I really don’t have a great amount of strong feelings one way or another about politics these days.

I sure did have some back when our good friend and self proclaimed saviour Pauline was around – I was very much against everything she stood for. That’s because I believe what she stood for was – point at some group of people, tell everyone “That’s the reason for all the problems in your life” and then have people go whoa, she’s so right, why didn’t I realise it before? But you can’t point a finger at a group of people and blame everything that is wrong in your life with them existing and say, if they did not exist, my life would be perfect – that just isn’t true.

Realistically, Pauline was a creation of two Davids who put words into her mouth, I believe. I don’t think she really believed any of the stuff she said. That was kind of given away by the obvious vacuum in her head anytime people asked her stuff – if she didn’t have a canned response all ready for it, she ummed and ahhed and just had no clue.

However, I hope she doesn’t find out where I live, I’ve used her name to bait the scammers and I have a shitload of checks on my wall with her name on them, and though they are all fake she might think she can use them to start up another party.. ;)

But the scariest thing about what Pauline did was the people who jumped on her bandwagon. I was at the protest in Adelaide, and I saw a 12 year old kid get beaten up by members of a very scary hate group because he dared to throw an egg Pauline’s way. It wasn’t reported (I think the reporters themselves were terrified of that group of people to be honest) but it was extremely scary.

Speaking of beliefs, I am really disappointed. I wanted to find out what religion I am using the Belief-O-Matic and it wouldn’t work for me! I tried for some time but it kept having an error. It’s still not working, so I am still without a religion. Oh well. Let’s hope the world don’t end over the next few days and maybe the people will get it fixed or something..

>Be good while I’m off touristing, ya’all..

About Snoskred, scambaiting

More stuff..

Yes, the quest to have the world’s longest sidebar continues.. we now have a lovely clock, and more planes.

It’s too windy to go outside and dead spiders, so instead a few little chores round the house and an afternoon listening to music and trying to clear the massive backlog of emails is on the cards. You can see the results of the mail reading here later today when I get around to putting it there but in the meantime there’s the results of mail reading from Sunday there at the moment..

I tell you, nothing gets me laughing like these scammer emails.. it’s hilarious stuff! Here’s a random one – after 18 emails back and forward he says –

  • We Knows The Serious Contender Who Are Financially Capable To Help. You Are Not Trusthworthy,And I can Proceed With You If You Are Ready To Come For The Signing Of The Release Order Documents In Accra Ghana.

Perhaps We Should All Use Capital Letters For Every Word We Write Too?

Current Playlist

Yay, the server is back up. So yesterday I spent a little time going through the mp3 files we have, and I have made a playlist. My recent track listings from last.fm mainly consisted of Nirvana for the last couple of weeks, that was really the only music I had available to me, though I do love them plenty, it’s not the only thing I listen to. Over the next two weeks this should change significantly.

I find that music tends to keep me sane and happy, so I like to listen to plenty of it. The darkest times in my life have always seemed to be when I stopped listening to any music at all.

So my plan for today is play music, and read scammer emails. I’m gonna post a bunch of them to the scambaiter blog so make sure to check it out ;) And YAY for Bon Jovi, and Kylie Minogue, and Robbie Williams, and A-ha, and Guns and Roses, and INXS, and Silverchair, and U2, and Metallica, and Nirvana!

My signature on Scambaits always contains some song lyrics and I’m sure I’ll come across some new ones today, I like to change them often because what I am thinking and listening to often changes. ;)

Time for a laugh.

So yeah, it’s been a bit of a bad week in blog world. People missing out on jobs, people saying goodbye to loved pets, and various other unpleasant happenings.

I’ve actually had a fairly reasonable week here, with the exception of –

  • not being able to find my good paintbrushes and sequins,
  • not really having any clue what I want to do with myself now even though it seems my parents are happy to pay me to stay at home, bait, blog, and watch Dr Phil and Oprah.

So today to have a bit of a laugh, I’ve been looking for some funny stuff I can link you to, or post myself, and I found this list of Carson Kressley quotes. I really think he’s funny. :) Or perhaps you’re in the mood to create your own Darkly Gothic poem? You might want to make a madlibs.

And take a look at this blog post by my mate Sephy over on the scambaiter blog which contains the most hilarious email ever written to a scammer, in my opinion..

100th blog!

Yay, that was fast. The blog is only a month and a half or so old. You may not get Quality here folks but you sure get Quantity. :)Speaking of Q words, I believe the following explains precisely why some scambaiters have found it difficult to cope with me. A quote from the book Black Box

“This exaggerated respect for a pilot is greater in a hierarchical society, or.. when the junior member of the crew has been schooled in automatic obedience to his superiors in the course of military training. I believe that Qantas’s success in remaining virtually accident free throughout the years owes a lot to a peculiarly Australian factor: the willingness of Australians to stand up to their bosses. In their non-hierarchical society subordinates are culturally encouraged to feel free to challenge their superiors. In airline management terms this leads to a healthy tension between air crew and management, who cannot impose their ideas as easily as they can among more obedient races. If an Aussie crew member thinks a plane is potentially unsafe he will not hesitate to say so, loudly and frequently. This could do more than any conditioning to save lives”

I believe this is why a few (and a very few at that) people had issues with me. I have strong beliefs, and I do speak them, loudly and frequently. If I believe something is wrong, I do not hesitate to say so. But you know, it’s their loss. I don’t see anyone stepping up to do much these days – it’s all talk and no action and many of the people I recruited to work as a part of a team are back to working on their own with no help or team to back them up.

Even worse than that, there’s little training for any new people coming onto the scene, to the extent that people are now worse off than they were when I got into scambaiting originally. No mentoring in dealing with victims and their issues, not even given the tools to do the job with, right down to email accounts that are safe for them to warn from. If people make mistakes, they then get slapped hard and/or kicked in the teeth for it. It’s no wonder people aren’t putting up their hand to help victims. I would not – in fact I am one of those people back to working on my own.

I have a bit of a blog burning inside me that’s going to come out sooner or later. Have patience, it will get here. :)

In other news, my attempt to have the longest sidebar in the history of blogging seems to be stalling somewhat. I need to find more things to put there. If you’re a blogger reading this and you have something in your sidebar on your blog, please throw me a comment. :)

These sequins may come to you as a surprise.

I should explain the joke, for the non-scambaiters. Scammers often start their mails –

  • This letter must come to you as a big surprise, but I believe it is only a day that people meet and
  • become great friends and business partners.
  • It gives me a great deal of pleasure to write you this mail and even when it might come to you as a surprise
  • THIS MESSAGE MIGHT MEET YOU IN UTMOST SURPRISE
  • I know you will be surprise to receive this mail
  • It is indeed my pleasure to write you this letter, which I believe will be a surprise to you as we have never met before
  • Please, kindly pardon me for any inconvenience this letter may cost you because I know it may come to you as a surprise as we’have no previous correspondence

So we scambaiters find this line kind of funny. ;)

Anyway I got inspired today and created the sequin banner that you see above in photoshop. It was kinda fun ;) I might make more of them, and even take my own sequin pics to do it, we’ll see..

In the meantime, today’s DVD shelf –

This shelf contains a mixture – some with commentary, some without.

Doing my head in..

Ouch, I have just been working on a scambaiting task so complex that my head hurts and I had to stop! I can’t even explain it to you, it’s just too hard. I’ve been working pretty hard on baiting stuff all day actually.

So then I go to look at pretty pictures instead. But all the pretty pictures have disappeared from the network drive and now I can’t find them! ;(

Last night I watched about half of the Apollo 13 commentary track and it was fascinating. I think I might go watch the rest of it soon. If my head doesn’t explode first. I’m just going to do the blog rounds for the day..
